Your answers do not leave your phone. They are worked out and kept on your device. Our servers never receive them, and we have no way of reading them.
Take the time you need: nothing is timed, and you can stop at any moment.
You had started this check-in.
Your answers are kept on this device, and nowhere else. They are erased after seven days.
This is not a diagnosis. You get a marker, and it belongs to you.
Where you stand
Reading what this device keeps…
This is your first time. There is nothing to prepare, and nothing to catch up on.
- How many times you have taken stock, and when the last one was.
- What that last marker named, in the words of the scale.
- The gap with the one before, from the second time onwards.
The journal keeps your days one after another: it asks for an account, and that account may carry no name.
These markers live on this device only. Changing phone, or clearing the site data, makes them disappear.
What this tool looks at
- How your breathing behaves during the day.
- Where your body stays tense, and for how many days.
- What your nights give back to you, or not.
What it does not look at
- It says nothing about your health and replaces no medical advice.
- It does not look at your thoughts: another tool does that.
What you get at the end
- Four markers of the body Breathing, tension, nights, breaks. Each one is named separately.
- An intensity, not a grade Three words to place your week. No numbers, no comparison.
- Short things to do Things you can do in two minutes, at home, with no equipment.
Over the past seven days…
You can go back to an answer at any time. What you answer is kept on this device as you go, and nowhere else — that is what lets an interrupted check-in be resumed.
On a keyboard: keys 1 to 5 answer, the left and right arrows change question.
Your marker
Where what you described sits
- Holding up
- Weighing on you
- Weighing heavily
From what you have described, your body still finds its calm moments. That is worth keeping up.
From what you have described, your body stays tense for a good part of the week. It says so before you do.
From what you have described, your body hardly lets go any more. That is a lot, and it can be worked on.
Three intensities. The position compares with your earlier times here, and with nothing else.
This is not a diagnosis. It names what you have described, at one moment in time.
This marker is kept on your device. No one else has access to it, ourselves included.
Your browser does not allow anything to be kept on this device: this marker is shown, but it will not be here on your next visit.
History erased.

Your previous marker
Two markers are two moments, not one continuous line. What separates them may come down to the week you had just had.
What you can do, without money and without an appointment
- Keep the moment of the day when you breathe best.
- Put a hand on your belly and breathe ten times, slowly, once a day.
- Take stock again in two or three weeks.
- Breathe out for longer than you breathe in. Three times, six times a day.
- Drop your shoulders every time you sit down. The reminder can be a door, a red light, a ringtone.
- Take five minutes off in the middle of the day. Without your phone.
- Go to bed at the same time three nights in a row.
- Stop for two minutes now. Sit down, and breathe slowly ten times.
- Walk outside for ten minutes today, even slowly.
- Tell someone that your nights are hard. Saying it already lightens things.
- Talk to a health professional if this has lasted for weeks. We do not replace a treatment.
Who you can turn to, if you want to
In the team Sophrologist
A session teaches short exercises, to do again on your own, at home.
A session works on breathing and release, without asking you to tell anything.
A session can start with the body, when words are too heavy.
See how a session worksThis marker is set. To find it tomorrow next to the ones that follow, you need an account — and you can open one without giving your name. What you answered does not move: it stays on this device.
