Institutions, companies, associations and consulates: three forms of partnership.

A partnership does not go through a single form: what an institution, a company and a consulate need have nothing in common.
Institutions and learner associations
Sessions on site, webinars for your learners, guidance towards checked resources close to them.
Companies
Preventing professional burnout, workshops on handling stress, awareness for the people who lead teams.
Consulates and public bodies
Passing information on to diaspora communities, taking part in the highlights, and access to a dedicated partner space.
Write to us saying what your organisation is and what you are looking for.
Three forms, three points of contact
A single form would suit none of the three
| The form | What we bring | What you bring |
|---|---|---|
| Institutions and learner associations | Sessions on site, sized to your numbers and your calendar. Webinars for your learners, on the subjects you report to us. Referral to verified resources, in their own territory. | A room, a slot, and the information passed on to your learners. A named contact, who stays the same from one session to the next. |
| Companies | Burnout prevention, in short and repeated workshops. Stress management workshops, run by a professional of the platform. Alerting managers to the signs that call for a referral. | Your staff time, during working hours. An internal relay, who carries the subject between two sessions. |
| Consulates and institutions | Information carried to diaspora communities, in both languages of the site. Our presence at the events you organise. Access to the partner area, by invitation: documents to download and activity reports. | Distribution of the information through your own channels. A stable point of contact for the requests that reach you and that you do not handle. |
What does an agreement with an institution set out?
The agreement runs for a year and names a point of contact on each side. Without that, a partnership dies at the first change of post.
Note
- No named feedback is given to you. What a learner says in a workshop does not travel back to their institution.
What does an agreement with a company set out?
A workshop held over the lunch break is not a workshop: it is a favour asked of the staff. Working time is part of what the company brings.
Note
- No named feedback is given to you. What someone says in a workshop never travels back to their employer.
What does an agreement with a consulate or public body set out?
Your channels reach people the site does not. That is the value of this partnership, and it runs that way first.
Note
- The partner area opens by invitation only, and what it holds is what your agreement sets out.
What a partnership commits you to
Four obligations, and they run both ways
-
A written agreement
Nothing starts on an understanding. What each side does, for how long and through whom, is written down before the first session.
-
A named contact on each side
A generic address does not hold a partnership together: it rarely survives the first change of post.
-
A review, and it is written
At the end of each year of the agreement, what was done and what did not work is written down and shared.
-
The right not to renew
The agreement ends at its term without anyone having to justify it.
Proposing a partnership
Propose a partnership from this page
An agreement binds two organisations and names a contact on each side. This form opens the conversation; it commits nothing.
