Why we exist

WEERU_PSY — from the Wolof weer , to be in good health. A prevention and psychological wellbeing platform that steps in early: a place you come to before it spills over.

Prevention, not treatment.Listening, awareness, personal development. When medical follow-up is called for, we walk you towards it.

Three territories.France, Senegal and the diaspora, each with its own realities rather than one message good everywhere.

Confidentiality you can check.Reading and taking stock require neither an account nor an identity, and what you entrust stays on your device.

What we help with

  • Sophrologie
  • Accompagnement par l'hypnose
  • Régulation émotionnelle

Background

HUMAENSA

Background

Take stock of what you are going through

Over these last two weeks, what has been heaviest to carry?

Ten questions in plain language, about the last two weeks. What comes back is a personal marker, written without medical vocabulary: this is not a diagnosis, and it belongs to you.

What you get from it
A marker written without medical vocabulary, and concrete ways forward
How long it takes
three minutes, ten questions

Your answers do not leave your phone. They are worked out and kept on your device. Our servers never receive them — technically, we cannot read them.

Your name is optional. Your address is there to sign you in and to write to you, nothing else. What you place here is sealed: unreadable to us, and beyond recovery if you lose your way in. Read what we cannot see

  1. You answer Ten questions, all simple, no personal details asked
  2. You get a marker Written without medical vocabulary, with concrete ways forward
  3. You follow how it moves Take stock again whenever you want, the curve stays with you
  4. You decide what comes next Talk to a member of the team, or keep it to yourself

For example: "late afternoon", "after 8 pm".
