Our work
Three paths for three realities
Each priority audience has its own path: the isolation of the learner in the diaspora, the mental load of the entrepreneur, the broken path of young people at risk.
- paths written and open today
- 3
- out of the 3 in the programme
Counted against what is published, at the moment the page is served.
- Groups
- Three, and we name them: learners and diaspora, entrepreneurs and the self-employed, young people at risk.
- Way in
- No account and no name. Reading, informing yourself, taking stock: none of it asks who you are.
- Cost
- Webinars are free. Workshops are offered on a sliding scale.
Three groups come back in everything we do. They do not live through the same thing, and they do not need the same answers. Each therefore has its own path, with its own formats, its own timing and its own words.
The three paths
The one that sounds like you
Recognise yourself in a group, and step into its page. The table then sets the three side by side.
- Senegalese learners, at home and in the diaspora. Isolation, academic pressure, distance from family: support built for two time zones. Learners and diaspora
- Entrepreneurs and self-employed workers. Mental load, burnout, deciding alone: short formats, outside working hours. Entrepreneurs and the self-employed
- Young people at risk, and those around them. A named lead and a deputy, support that lasts, stronger accessibility. Young people at risk
| Path | Pace | Format | Way in |
|---|---|---|---|
| Learners and diaspora | Monthly webinars, in the evening. | Online, one hour, recording kept. | Anonymous, no account. |
| Entrepreneurs and the self-employed | Quarterly workshops, appointments outside office hours. | In person, small groups, Dakar and Paris. | Anonymous, no account. |
| Young people at risk | Over time, with no session counter. | Named lead and stand-in, reinforced accessibility. | Through you, or through an organisation that supports you. |
What does not change
What the three paths share
Four choices that hold for all of them, and that depend on no published content.
-
A way in that asks for nothing
Reading, informing yourself, taking stock: none of it asks for an account or a name. You decide later, or never.
-
Two time zones, always stated
Dakar and Paris are not always on the same hour. Every time is written in both, or in the time of your own device.
-
Short formats
One hour for a webinar, half a day for a workshop. Nothing that assumes taking leave or closing the shop.
-
Pages that open on a slow network
The site is built for a 360 px screen and an unstable network: a low-data mode, and immediate help readable with no connection.
Where to start
Four moves, in the order they happen
None of them commits you to the next, and stopping at the first is fine.
What it is not
A path is neither a sign-up nor a ranking
-
It is not a sign-up
No path is joined. You enter it by reading, by coming to a date or by writing; you leave it the same way, telling nobody.
-
It is not a waiting list
Nothing unlocks with patience. What these pages offer is open today, and in full.
-
It is not a ranking
Recognising yourself in two paths is not a problem: they do not exclude each other, and nobody checks that you are in the right place.
This cannot wait?
If you are going through a hard moment right there, right now, you do not have to come through us. Here are the immediate help resources for your territory — open with no account, and readable even with no connection.
