What this programme changes
For a young person whose path has broken, what is missing most is not advice: it is somebody who stays. This programme is built around continuity.
-
A named lead, and a deputy. You know who is following you, and somebody takes over if that person is away.
-
Support over time, marked out by steps back into activity and work — not by a count of sessions.
-
Stronger reach: a simplified path. Audio reading of the content and help with filling things in are planned, not yet open.
-
A discreet watch. A long absence or repeated missed appointments mean that somebody gets back in touch, rather than letting it go.

For relatives and organisations
If you are supporting a young person in this situation — family, association, social services — write to us. Guidance is better prepared by two.
What it is not
This cannot wait?
If you are going through a hard moment right there, right now, you do not have to come through us. Here are the immediate help resources for your territory — open with no account, and readable even with no connection.
