What you may be going through
Leaving to study far from your own means leading two lives at once: the one you are building, and the one you reassure over the phone. Isolation settles in without warning. Academic pressure comes on top of a family pressure that nobody around you really measures. And you do not dare say that it weighs, because others would have wanted that chance.

What we offer
-
Content on isolation and academic load, written for your situation and not translated from a manual.
-
Webinars in the evening, with the time announced in both zones: what starts at 7 pm in Dakar starts at 9 pm in Paris.
-
A way in that asks for no name. Reading, informing yourself, taking stock: none of it asks who you are.
-
Support over time, with a named support professional, if one day you want it.
Where to start
Take stock, with no account: a few questions, a marker, and nothing that leaves your phone. Or come and listen to a webinar without saying a word — that is allowed.
What it is not
The pace: one webinar a month, in the evening, one hour, free, and the recording stays available afterwards.
-
It is not tutoring.
-
It does not replace the support service of your institution.
This cannot wait?
