Where an account is asked for

Here, and nowhere else.

  • Booking a paid session. The account then carries your first name, your surname and your address.
  • Keeping "My journal". The account can carry no name at all, and your notes stay on your phone.
  • Following "How things change". Same rule: your markers stay on your phone.

What you will read at the moment of booking

To complete your booking, we need your contact details. Your anonymity cannot be kept for paid sessions.

Your name and your address: the law requires it, and we cannot get around that.

  • It is filed apart from your support, and says nothing about it.
  • Nothing it carries leads back to what you confide.
  • It is kept for ten years, far longer than the rest.

That duration is imposed by accounting, not by us. Everywhere else the platform keeps as little as it can.

How does payment work?

They are written here, and not in a terms page nobody opens.

  • The first appointment comes first: twenty minutes free of charge, with no account and no form.
  • Payment is due at booking, not after the session. So there is no debt, no chasing and no payment reminder.
  • A cancellation at least twenty-four hours before the session is refunded.
  • No subscription: each session is paid on its own, nothing renews itself, and stopping requires no steps at all.

After that, missing a session is not refunded — and it triggers nothing else.

  • One box to tick, a statement on your honour, nothing else.
  • The answer arrives by email, and the screen keeps it.

What becomes of a solidarity rate request

Three guarantees, written into the data schema before they were written here.

  • No supporting evidence: the request screen holds no field for your circumstances, your means or any proof. A statement on your honour is enough, and that is final.
  • The solidarity amount is shown before the request, while you wait and after the answer. Waiting for an amount you do not know is heavier than waiting on one you have already read.
  • A refusal leaves no written reason, and no trace on the side of your support.

A request made on your honour must leave no file. A field that exists ends up being filled, then expected, then required.

    • A paid booking is not a slot: the hour is taken elsewhere.

    The wall is in the data schema, not in a writing convention: the two never meet.
