Two minutes, nothing to justify

A few fields, and you are at home

An account is there to book a session, follow your support and talk with a professional. It serves nothing else.

You may not need an account.

Immediate help, the guides, guidance and "Take stock" are open without an account, without a name, and will stay that way.

How you want to appear

This is the name you will appear under everywhere in your space: to a professional supporting you, in a talking circle, on an appointment.

If you appear under your name
If you appear under a pseudonym
From 2 to 40 characters. It need not be unique and nobody will tell you it is taken: two people may carry the same one. It simply cannot look like the name of the team.

An anonymous account cannot be given back to you. As long as you keep access to your email address, you can take back control: the link to change your password is sent there. But nothing ties this account to you — no name, nothing we could check. If you lose that address, we cannot help you: you will have to open a new account, and whatever was encrypted will be lost, for us as much as for you.

How you log in

Your address identifies your account, in both cases. Your password protects what you will write in it.

It identifies your account — even if you stay anonymous — and session reminders are sent to it. It serves nothing else, and is given to no one.
Ten characters at least. A phrase you remember holds better than a complicated word.
It decides which help resources you are shown and the time of your appointments. You can change it whenever you like.

Read this before continuing. What you write later — messages, notes, documents — is sealed by your password. If you lose it, no one can find it again, ourselves included. Your space will offer you a recovery phrase: it is the only way back, and it is kept nowhere but with you.

What will not change

  • No data sold on. Never, to anyone, in any form.
  • Erasure in one action. From your space, with no form and no waiting.
  • A quick exit on every screen. It leaves for a neutral page and clears the page from the history.
