Taking back control

We will send you a link

Give the address on your account. We write to you, and the link lets you choose a new password.

Read this before asking. A new password reopens your account: your space, your appointments, your bookings. It does not reopen what the old one had sealed — your exchanges, your notes, your documents. We cannot reopen those either: we have never read them.

Two ways reopen them, and there is no third.

  • Your recovery phrase. It reseals everything under your new password, from your own space, in one go.
  • The old password, if it comes back to you. It no longer opens the login, but it still opens what it sealed: nothing has been erased.

With neither of the two, those contents are gone, for us as much as for you. This is not a gap we will fill later: it is the price of nobody here being able to read what you write.
